What is the return policy?

Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes it is! Our balms are packaged in food-grade stainless steel tins that are recyclable.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We usually take 2-3 business days to process your order, then ship via Canada Post. You will receive an email when your order has been filled, then again with a tracking number.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are hand made in BC, Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are a flat fee. When you spend $75 or more, shipping is free!
